Payment for school excursions closes two days before the excursion takes place in order to have finalised class lists and prompt payment to venues. We cannot accept last minute payments and ask for parent/guardian cooperation in this matter.
Payments to the school can be made at the finance counter in the front office between 8:30am and 3:30pm. Internet payments can be made through the Westpac finance portal below.
To make a secure credit/debit card payment you will be directed to Westpac’s online payment system, known as QuickWeb.
Westpac will hold your card information and the privacy policy is accessed via the link on the QuickWeb page. All information other than card details will be provided back to the School in order to reconcile the payment against your account.
